This section present two classics of the antenna theory : the dipole and the monopole antenna.
The first part is based on the famous thin dipole antenna.
The second part is its theoretical equivalent : the monopole antenna over an perfect infinite ground plane.
The third part is a more practical version of the monopole antenna, since it is now located over an finite disk.
The last part shows an alternative way to simulate a monopole antenna, fed with a TEM mode.
